A special summer experience in the Brandnertal

TATAR HAT BBQ

An evening full of flavor, conviviality and alpine coziness

On selected Saturdays during the summer season, the FUCHSBAU transforms into a true gourmet haven – then it's time to put on your hat!

 

To start, we serve a bowl full of crisp salads with house dressing and pumpkin seed oil, accompanied by freshly baked garlic bread. Then the star of the evening arrives: the hot Tartar monkshood.

A rich beef broth with finely julienned vegetables simmers in its brim, while the delicately marinated meat from our own organic mountain chicken, organic Angus beef, and local straw-fed pork sizzles on the steel spikes of the hot grill. Each guest grills to their liking – whether gently pink or well-done. We serve it with flavorful sauces and oven-baked potatoes from certified organic farms.

 

In addition to the classic Tatar hat powered by fuel paste, we also offer the option of booking an electrically operated Tatar hat with raclette function – perfect for those who want to combine the experience with additional cheese enjoyment.

 

A spoonful of soup, a good conversation, a glass of wine – and suddenly the meal becomes a convivial experience with Alpine charm.

 

In good weather, this special experience can be enjoyed on our terrace with a breathtaking starry sky.
